Hi! I'm Dr. Priya Parwate
I am a mother to two incredible young boys and a wife of a loving, caring husband. In addition, I am a Physiotherapist and Health and Fitness Coach.
I have been in the physiotherapy profession for over 21 years now and as a wellness coach since 2018. I provide individuals and corporates with a platform centered around coaching and guiding in Fitness and Nutrition.
Though I am from Medical Profession, I could not take care of my health due to a hectic schedule. Due to which I put on weight and was facing health issues like acidity, migraine. I have reinvented myself, worked upon my health and fitness, and reduced 13 kg of weight in 2 months. Since then, I have been working as a Health and Fitness Coach, helping people lose weight and strengthen the entire body without torturing themselves with heavy workouts in a gym and following a non-sustainable diet.
I love my role as a health and fitness coach. My mission is to Educate, Encourage, and Empower people and help them towards a higher level of personal wellness and happiness.

I am a father to two incredible young boys and a beautiful, caring, better half. I am an Ex-banker, Corporate trainer with more than 22 years of experience, and an online health and fitness coach since 2018.
Being in a Corporate job and having a sedentary lifestyle coupled with poor eating habits, I gained weight. One day once incident shook my life, and my mind alerted me, “never let your job or profession interfere with your health.” After that, I followed my wife and worked upon my body, fitness level and reduced 10 kg of weight. Now both of us have the same passion for Educating, Encouraging, and Empowering people and helping them towards a higher level of personal wellness and happiness.
I believe that the Mindset is most important if you want to change. Therefore, I am coaching and mentoring on fitness, nutrition, and mind programming.
